Download our small, virus free remote support tool. This allows an engineer to view your computer screen and control you mouse and keyboard. You remain in complete control and can end the session at any time by clicking on the disconnect cross at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. 

Step 2 - Launch

Internet Explorer

2.1 - Click Run

Mozilla Firefox

2.1 - Click Save File

2.2 - Double click on Storm IT Solutions - Remote Support.exe

Google Chrome

2.1 - Click Save

2.2 - Click Storm IT Solutions - ...

Step 3 - Connect

3.1 - Click Run

3.2 - Click Yes

 

3.3 - Tell the engineer your ID number.
